My story
My Story – Why I founded Hypnosis Flanders
I followed the spiritual path for years, but soon discovered there was more to it: faith, identity, and human psychology fascinated me. I saw hypnotic patterns everywhere—in actions, speech, and behavior. I didn't want to lose the magic of hypnosis, but I did want to understand the true mechanisms behind it.
Over the past ten years, I noticed a rapid increase in the number of hypnotists, often after a short course, and a sharp decline in quality as a result. The tipping point came when I saw online hypnotists ridiculing the profession to rack up likes and viral videos. I knew: this had to change.
Since then, Hypnosis Flanders has stood for professionalism, authenticity, and ethics. I've been working with doctors and therapists for years—they even come to me for their own guidance—and that demonstrates the value of professional work. My dream is for Hypnosis Flanders to become the leading platform in Flanders where referrers and clients can blindly trust the right, high-quality hypnosis support.
